Review by hotel critic
The hotel's eco-friendly initiatives align perfectly with my values as an environmental scientist. the location in the heart of Auckland's bustling Central Business District made it convenient for us to explore the city's vibrant attractions easily. the shared lounge, restaurant, and bar provided a cozy ambiance that we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing. The room, though lacking a window, compensated with a unique feature - a rooftop camera linked to a large TV screen offering a mesmerizing view of the surroundings. the attention to detail in the room's design, with plenty of storage space and functional layout, truly impressed me. the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, preparing us well for the adventures the next day. The staff's hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, setting the tone for a memorable stay. the 24-hour front desk, shared kitchen, and luggage storage facilities added to the convenience of our trip. Plus, the free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and share our experiences with friends and family back home. In conclusion, Lylo Auckland surpassed my expectations with its sustainability practices, central location, and thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend this eco-conscious hotel to fellow travelers seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and environmental responsibility. I will definitely be returning, perhaps with a group of like-minded conservation enthusiasts to explore more of Auckland's ecological treasures.
